Refund Policy

At Oiris™ Eye Art & Wellness, we take great pride in creating personalized, one-of-a-kind iris artwork for our customers. However, we understand that in rare cases, there may be issues with your order. 

Returns and Refunds:
If you receive the wrong product due to an error on our part, or if your order arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly provide a replacement. 

Due to the highly customized and personalized nature of our iris art products, returns or refunds cannot be provided for any reason. Each piece is made-to-order just for you based on your provided iris photo.

Process:
To initiate a replacement request covered under this policy, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at 
oiriseyes@gmail.com. Include your order number, photos clearly showing any damage, and a description of the issue.

Once the request is reviewed and approved, we will promptly ship a replacement. Return shipping costs for claims will be the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping policy

At Oiris™, we strive to provide a seamless shipping experience for our customers around the world. Our shipping policies are as follows and are estimated:


(US, Canada):
- Standard shipping via USPS/Canada Post
~ 2-5 business days for delivery after processing time

UK & European Union:
- Standard shipping 
~ 7-15 business days for delivery after processing time

Australia & New Zealand:
- Standard shipping
~ 14-24 business days for delivery after processing time

Processing Times:
All orders are made-to-order and typically processed within 2-5 business days.

Shipping Carriers:
We use trusted national and international carriers like USPS, FedEx, UPS, Royal Mail, etc. to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Transit Damages:
In the rare case of shipping damages, we will promptly replace or refund your order per our Refund & Return Policy (see above).
